1 General Provisions and Definitions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the er77 platform ("Platform") and all its associated services. The definitions of key terms used in this document are provided below:

2 Eligibility and Age Requirements

At the time of account creation, the user must declare their age truthfully. er77 may request a government-issued ID or other documents for age verification at any time. Accounts of underage users will be immediately cancelled and all deposited funds will be returned.

2.2 Geographic Restrictions

er77 provides services to players in Bangladesh. Using the Platform from regions where online gaming is restricted by local law is entirely at the user's own risk. er77 bears no responsibility in this regard.

2.3 One Account Per Person

Each individual may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts by the same person is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure and balance forfeiture.

3 Account Registration and Security

When opening an account on er77, users must provide accurate and complete information.

3.1 Registration Information

The name, mobile number, email address, and other information provided at registration must be true and accurate. er77 reserves the right to cancel an account and withhold funds if false information is provided.

3.2 Password Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details confidential. Keep your password strong and never share it with any third party. You are responsible for all activity carried out from your account.

3.3 KYC Verification

er77 may request completion of an identity verification (KYC) process at any time to ensure security. This may include a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued documents. Withdrawals may be put on hold until KYC is completed.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

er77 supports the popular payment methods used in Bangladesh. All transactions are completed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

4.3 Withdrawal Timeframe

Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 5–30 minutes. However, if additional verification is required for KYC or unusual transactions, there may be a delay.

4.4 Source of Funds

er77 only accepts deposits from accounts registered in the user's own name. Funds from third-party accounts are not accepted. Transactions may be put on hold if money laundering or any other financial crime is suspected.

5 Bonus and Promotion Terms

er77 offers various types of bonuses for its players. Each bonus is subject to specific conditions.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

er77 offers a 150% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,500 bonus → Total wallet balance ৳2,500
• Deposit ৳12,000 → Maximum ৳8,000 bonus → Total wallet balance ৳20,000

5.2 Wagering Requirement

Bonus funds received cannot be withdrawn directly. The bonus amount must be wagered 10 times. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

• Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 10 = ৳15,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus will be automatically cancelled if not used within the specified validity period.
• Multiple people from the same device, IP address, or household may not use the same bonus.
• Winnings from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is completed.
• er77 reserves the right to change or cancel any promotional offer.

6 Gaming Rules

All games on er77 are powered by software from certified providers. All outcomes are determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.

6.1 Fair Play

er77 is committed to ensuring fair play. If any user attempts to exploit a software glitch for an unfair advantage and is detected, the relevant winnings will be voided and the account suspended.

7.2 Tier Changes

VIP tiers are upgraded based on regular gaming activity. er77 reserves the final authority to determine VIP tiers. Cashback is automatically added to the wallet each week.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the er77 platform:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Conducting transactions using a third party's account
• Abusing bonus benefits or using fraudulent betting strategies
• Playing games using automated bots or software
• Attempting to breach the Platform's security systems
• Harassing or defrauding other users
• Money laundering or using illegally obtained funds
• Operating an account with a false identity or false information

For any of the above violations, er77 may immediately suspend or permanently close the account and withhold the associated funds.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

9.1 Suspension by er77

er77 may temporarily or permanently suspend an account in the following situations:

• If evidence of a violation of these Terms is found
• If fraud or deception is suspected
• If a user refuses or delays providing KYC information
• Upon instruction from legal authorities

9.2 Closure by the User

Any user may request closure of their account at any time. Pending withdrawals must be completed before the request. A self-exclusion option is also available as part of responsible gaming.

10 Limitation of Liability

er77 is not responsible for the following:

• If a game is interrupted due to internet connection issues
• If a transaction is delayed due to a delay on the part of a third-party payment provider
• If account information is exposed due to the user's own carelessness
